Founded in 1936 in Pont-l’Abbé, Le Minor is an iconic brand representing Breton heritage and French craftsmanship. Originating from Pont-l’Abbé, at the heart of Finistère, it has embodied the authenticity and timeless elegance of maritime style for nearly a century.
From its inception, Le Minor specialized in creating durable garments designed to outfit the fishermen and sailors of the region. For 40 years, Le Minor also served as a supplier to the French Navy. The “marinière”, the “sous-officier” sweater, and the Kabig became its signature pieces, recognized for their clean and functional aesthetics.
