Delivery and Returns

Exchanges and Returns are accepted until January 12, 2025, for orders placed by December 24, 2024, inclusive.

Order and Delivery

- The parcels are delivered by postal means or private carrier to the adress given by the Buyer during the order.

- Shipping costs are included in the invoice according to the choosen delivery option.

- The Seller commits preparing the orders within 15 days after the order's validation.

- The delivery time is given in working days from the release of the parcel by the warehouse.

- A time extension of the delivery doesn't give right to damages.

- In case of non-delivery due to the carrier, the Seller commits to resend the whole or a part of the order according to this Policy.

- The Buyer must check the condition of the parcel and of all the products at the delivery and BEFORE accepting the parcel from the carrier

- The Check is considered as done as soon as the Buyer or a signatory given by the buyer has signed the delivery note.

- If the Buyer sees an anomaly on the parcel, a tear or a damage, he must check the condition of the products.

- If the products are damaged, the Buyer must refuse the delivery and indicate on the delivery note « refused Parcel due to opening ar damages ».

- Shipping is free for all orders over 250EUR all over European Union (EU) and Worldwide over 350EUR.

- The details asked by the Seller are necessary to proceed with the delivery and will be only given to the legal partners of the company « Jean et Basile » needed to proceed with the order.

For all orders placed in the United Kingdom, your order will be shipped to your destination on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, which means that the Seller only takes responsibility for shipping, and requires the Buyer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Return & Exchanges

Exchanges and Returns are accepted until January 12, 2025, for orders placed by December 24, 2024, inclusive.

- The Buyer may decide to exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the order.

- The Buyer must notify the Seller of his or her wish to cancel within this period by e-mail to contact(at)beige-habilleur.com

- Return shipping is free in the European Union for orders over €250, and worldwide for orders over €350.

- Exchanges are only available for the same model in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different model, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude shipping costs.

- The Buyer must send its return parcel within 14 days after the sending of the e-mail.

- The goods must be send in the orignial parcel with all accessories and tags.

- The goods must be returned in a perfect condition.

- Will not be accepted any dirty goods, stained, used, damaged, washed, or anything making it unsuitable for reselling.

- It is aked to carefully try the clothes on.

- The refund will be made within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.

- Shoes must be tried on a carpet. The shoes and the sole must be in a perfect condition to be accepted.

- If the return is not accepted, the parcel will be send back to the buyer at the delivery adress.

- Returns are not accepted for magazines, books and Made To Order products.

How to return your item(s)

1 - My order is under €250 in the European Union or €350 worldwide

1.1 Contact us by e-mail at contact(at)beige-habilleur.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, the items you are returning and your preference for a refund or exchange.

1.2 Pack your items carefully and securely, then return the parcel to us using the courier service of your choice. Remember to use a tracking service and in all cases to insure the parcel for its value, as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are returning items from abroad (outside the EU), we recommend that you inform your post office that these are returned goods, and describe them as such on any shipping or customs forms, with a very low corresponding value. This will avoid customs duties being wrongly charged on items returned to us. If you can, please also ask for the following text to be written on the customs invoice with your shipment tracking number: "NO TRADE VALUE - GOODS RETURNED - VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY".


2 - My order is greater than or equal to €250 in the European Union or €350 worldwide

2.1 Contact us by e-mail at contact(at)beige-habilleur.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, the items you are returning and your preference for a refund or exchange.


2.2 Pack your items carefully and securely, then return the parcel to us using the prepaid label we will send you by e-mail.
