How do I know which size to choose?
Each product is individually measured by our teams. Please refer to the Size & Measurements tab on the product sheet. You'll find all sizes expressed in centimeters. A guide is also available to help you compare these measurements with those of your favorite garments.

Are payments secure?
All payments are fully secure thanks to 3D Secure and SSL technologies.
They can be made by credit card via the secure servers of our banking partners and Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can also pay directly with it without using your credit card.

When will my order be dispatched?
As soon as your order has been confirmed, we make it a point of honor to dispatch it in the best possible conditions and as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed of the preparation and dispatch of your order.
How can I track my orders?
The status of your order is available in your customer area. Delivery times may vary according to the shipping method chosen.
Can I return all the products?
You have 14 days to return any products you do not wish to keep. However, Made to Order (MTO) products cannot be returned due to their high degree of personalisation (to the buyer's taste and measurements). Books and magazines cannot be returned either.
Are exchanges and returns free?
Returns are free of charge in the European Union for purchases over €250 and worldwide for purchases over €350.
The size doesn't fit, can I make an exchange?
Exchanges are only available for the same model in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different model, we ask you to request a refund and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude shipping costs.
All products, except Made to Order, can be exchanged for a different size. To do so, please send a request to

1.1 Contact us by email at contact(at)beige-habilleur.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, the items you are returning and your preference for a refund or exchange.
1.2 Pack your items carefully and securely, then return the parcel to us using the courier service of your choice. Remember to use a tracking service and in all cases to insure the parcel for its value as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

I have made a return. When will I get refund?
Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the product and verification of its condition. All refunds exclude shipping costs.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

Do I have to pay VAT?
For customers outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. However, your administration may ask for customs duties.
Are there customs duties?
For customers outside the European Union, customs duties may apply. They will not appear on the invoice issued by Beige. They will be calculated directly by your customs authorities or by the carrier in charge of your parcel.
For all orders placed in the United Kingdom, your order will be shipped to your destination on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, which means that the Seller only takes responsibility for shipping, and requires the Buyer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
